Jorum ISS has run fantasy football leagues for over ten years and many of its members have been playing since the beginning it's that addictive. The management game is both unique and challenging. It's true that there are plenty of football related statistics and tactics to implement, but its not as simple as just selecting a formation and starting lineup.

You can address each game differently analysing your opponents before you play them and work on specific tactics to try and take advantage. You can instruct each of your fantasy teams' coaches to work on a specific area to work on your teams' weaknesses and build up a detailed picture your squad of footballers.
You can wheel and deal in the transfer market, but there is deffinately a knack of securing the best football players is this fantasy football management game as you will have to deal with human and computer managed fantasy football teams; watch out though as your board will have to be re-assured that you are spending the clubs money wisely.
